Copyright & DMCA

WedDefined respects photographers, creators, vendors and other rights holders.

Vendor content

Vendors should upload or authorize only photographs, logos and other content they own or have permission to sublicense for use on WedDefined. Public availability on a website or social account does not by itself mean an image is licensed to WedDefined.

Reporting claimed infringement

If you believe content on WedDefined infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@weddefined.com identifying the copyrighted work, the specific WedDefined URL or material at issue, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. Include a physical or electronic signature.

WedDefined may remove or disable access to material while a claim is reviewed and may contact the vendor that supplied it. Counter-notices and repeat-infringer matters will be handled as applicable under U.S. law.

DMCA agent registration

This website notice does not itself register a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. WedDefined should separately register and maintain its designated-agent information with the Copyright Office if it seeks the applicable Section 512 safe-harbor protections.
